Service Description

Tai Chi Gung is a practice of health and longevity founded by the great Lao Tzu over 3000 years ago. It includes 4 core standing exercises that combine movement, energy breath, and honoring the life force (chi) that flows in, through and around the body. As a student continues the practice, profound change in one's physical (body), mental (mind), and emotional (spirit) state takes them to a new level of abundant health. While most of the outside world is hectic and fast paced, Tai Chi Gung is a Yin practice, one that goes within and downshifts from the outside world. You can expect to improve on all areas of health with this ancient discipline. It has only been quite recently that this original discipline is being released to the West from the Siddhi Yoga Masters of Tibet who have literally lived for hundreds of years. Join us as we move through standing exercises with the breath focused on awakening your CHI, your intrinsic energy!
